When it releases, it opens to everyone. No invites, no rounds. The waitlist is one email telling you the day that happens.
When access opens, you’ll be asked for accurate birth information — date, time, and place — to build your chart. If the time is unknown, Velea reads the chart Moon-framed rather than guessing. The waitlist itself does not require any of it.
