Your Birth Chart

Velea reads the sky against the one chart that is yours. Before any of that, here is the chart itself — drawn the way the app draws it, yours to keep.

Your birth

The moment

Date, time and place fix the sky at your first breath. The time is what sets the rising sign — if you don’t know it, say so and Velea reads the chart from the Moon rather than guessing.

If you don’t know your birth time, the chart may not be accurate. Velea will read the chart with the Moon’s sign in place of your rising sign.

Choose the place from the list so the chart has its coordinates.

      Your Birth Chart

The square is your birth chart: twelve rooms, and the planets in the rooms they were born in. The ring around it is the zodiac, with your rising sign marked in gold.

A 1080×1920 image, sized for a story. Your chart is on it — your birth date and time are not.

The birth chart is your sky. This is the ground every reading stands on. The rest of Velea is what the sky is doing to it at a moment in time.
